Consistency

Have you ever notice how long it takes to get in shape? It is tuff to get where you want to be physically. But it takes no time for one to get out of shape. Skip a few weeks and you are right back where you started. I just had knee surgery and there is no rushing back. I am so ready to get started back again. In 3 weeks it seems like I have lost so much.

There is a word we all need and it is called consistency! We need to be consistent in those physical commitments. Sometimes we have to hit the gym even when we had a bad day at work or other opportunities come up. It’s 2019! Let’s start the year off on the right foot. Set those goals. Get accountability in place and make sure to write them down! But we also need to celebrate the wins! God bless you and your family!
