Romans 10:14-17

Good morning! My former youth pastor, friend, brother-n-law, and mentor Billy Durham gave me a book for Christmas. It is called, “Not God Enough”. It was written by J. D. Greear. You need to read this book.

Romans 10:14-17 says, “How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who brings good news!” We literally owe the gospel to others! Let that sink in. The greatest injustice in the church happens when those of who know the gospel, doesn’t share it with those who are without Christ!

As Christians, we are commanded to go and make disciples of all nations. The greatest question is no longer if you are called, only where and how. 2 Peter 3:9 tells us that God is unwilling that any perish. No not one! His will for the lost helps me to understand his will for my life! Where God sends you is up to Him. But whether he has called you is settled.

Spend time this morning talking with the Father about where He wants to send you. It maybe next door? We have to share the good News of Jesus Christ! God bless and have a great weekend.
