Have you ever been in that rut in life when you know something is missing? Or it seems like you just can’t catch a break. You are wanting a break through or something just to happen to break up the the same ole same ole. Then break out the harp! Haha
Psalm 33:1-4 says, “Sing joyful to the Lord, you righteous; it is fitting for the upright to praise him. Praise the Lord with the harp; make music to him on the ten string lyre. Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy. For the word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does.” I want to encourage you this morning to worship! When the craziness of life has you down, or when you feel overwhelmed, and beat up. Worship! You may be like me, I can’t play a harp or a lyre, but I can sure pop on Pandora and I can shout! We were created to worship! Some happens when we worship and we finally take our eyes off ourselves. When you take time to worship this morning, don’t hold back. Rock it out, shout, or even dance before the Lord! He is worthy of our praise!
I challenge you this morning to ask the Father to take over. Ask Him to help you be positive and encouraging. Ask Him to help you take your eyes off yourself and turn your focus to Him. Break out “The Harp” and worship! Because He is faithful in all He does. Amen!
